    House Bill No. 3082 -- “A Bill to amend and reenact §30-6-3 and §30-6-22 of the Code of West Virginia, 1931, as amended; and to amend and reenact §61-12-9 of said code, all relating to the disposition of the body of deceased persons; persons authorized to make a decision on the disposition of the body of the deceased; disposition of the remains of a deceased military service member who dies while serving in the United States armed forces; and persons authorized to enter into cremation contracts.”
